We are a team of three: one lead instructor (Microsoft Certified Trainer, Google Certified Educator, 15 years teaching office tools at community colleges), one curriculum designer (ex-LinkedIn Learning, masters in adult education), and one support specialist who answers every student question within 2 hours.
